As the COVID-19 pandemic emerged, Dr. Wall demonstrated strong leadership qualities as the Clinical Director of Commissioning for Bolton CCG and led the COVID response for Bolton.
Following the disbandment of Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) in July 2022, Dr. Wall continued her public health work, earning recognition for her contributions with an Honorary Doctorate for services to Public Health from the University of Bolton. She assumed a public health role in Greater Manchester, leading the population health team and focusing on all-age immunisations and screening for national health programs.
Her passion for advocating for patients and utilising effective communication skills is evident not only in her medical practice but also as a freelance Media GP, where she serves as the resident GP for BBC Breakfast and contributes a weekly GP column to Woman magazine.
